It was great value in contrast to other hotels. This hotel was nice and I appreciated it. The location offered was particularly good near tram 24 and bus 95 as well as a convenient grocery shop. Bem Brasil, where you can eat freshly made food, was set 20 minutes walk away.

It was an absolutely great hotel in an industrial area, very close to the nearest subway station, tram 24 and bus 95 and public transport. When we checked in, the suite was ready. - the staff were helpful, everything was fine during our stay. - All in all, such a great stay, the venue exceeded high expectations.

The hotel is much better than one would expect looking from the outside. The location was excellent for us, near our destination, and well connected to public transport. Friendly staff and good, very clean room - really excellent value for the money.

I had to chose this hotel due to my time constraint (1 day before arrival) and also the last minute price discount on your web site effected my choice. I had been to Italy before and well aware of the star allocations for the Italian hotels but this experience was well beyond disappointment. The area was abondoned, the hotel is being used for other purposes except leisure/business. The disturbance by the people entering/leaving the hotel or chatting in front of the hotel or the echoing of loud music from the car speakers mixed with the laughs of the people from the parked cars in front was enormous which resulted in not being able to sleep till 400 am both because of noise and lack of security. As a total the hotel is not suitable for a family with or without children or couples. I would recommend Booked.net to exclude this hotel from their list. B/R

More like Hostel than Hotel but quite good equipment of room (fridge, towels, aircondition). Breakfast -poor selection (only cornflakes, croissnts and coffe). You have to walk to metro station about 20 minutes through not 100% safe district. General opinion - ok for this price.

The general cleanliness of the room and very friendly staff, as well as the central location.
The advertised Wifi in every room when in fact it was wired internet that was available. Smart phones have no use for wired internet!

I stayed at this great hotel in Milan and got amazing value for my money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transportation. The staff treated me with utmost kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with a larger variety of options.
